1260 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the official terms and conditions of use for the 1260 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.

01. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1260 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered users, visitors without an account, and any individual accessing content or services provided by 1260. This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required minimum age.
1260 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version.

02. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 1260 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 1260 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities, disrupting platform operations, or causing harm to other users. This includes attempting to hack the system, spreading malware, or using automated methods without written authorisation from 1260.
To meet compliance requirements, 1260 may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or under certain circumstances. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.
03. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 1260 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of popular local payment methods available in Malaysia, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Minimum deposits and maximum limits vary depending on your chosen payment method. Deposited funds will be credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed. 1260 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated business hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policies. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements as specifically stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonuses may not be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
04. Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
1260 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user is found or suspected to have committed fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates the law;
- The user materially breaches any part of these terms and conditions;
- The user registers multiple accounts or uses a false identity;
- The user is under 18 years of age or is located in a jurisdiction that restricts the use of such platforms;
- The user engages in system manipulation or exploits technical vulnerabilities on the platform;
- Upon request by the relevant authorities or as required for legal compliance.
In the event of account closure on legitimate grounds, any remaining balance (after deducting winnings obtained in breach of these terms) will be returned to the user in accordance with the established procedures.
1260 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
05. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
All content on the 1260 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of 1260 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 1260.
The 1260 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 1260 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
1260 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to check this page periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
